Zachary L. Hamilton attended the University of West Georgia where he graduated cum laude in 2009 with a B.S. in Political Science. He then attended the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where he earned his law degree with distinction, in 2014.
Following his admission to the State Bar of California in 2015 he began his litigation career as an associate with the Sacramento firm of Pagliero and Associates handling all aspects of personal injury, premises liability, dog bite and products liability cases. In 2018, he joined the Rushford & Bonotto firm where he continued to actively defend a variety of personal injury, premises liability, fire suppression, and investigation cases.
At Beach Cowdrey Jenkins, LLP, Mr. Hamilton primarily represents health care and human services providers, including skilled nursing facilities and residential care facilities, against claims of medical malpractice, elder abuse, personal injury, and wrongful death.
Mr. Hamilton is admitted to practice before all California state courts and the United States District Court-Eastern District of California.
