Molly Loy graduated magna cum laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Political Science. She received her Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law where she was a published member of the National Administration of Administrative Law Judiciary.
Following her admission to the California bar in 2010, Ms. Loy worked for a litigation firm in Orange County where her practice focused on personal injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice. Ms. Loy’s current practice involves the defense of health care providers, including skilled nursing facilities, physicians, and hospitals, against claims of professional negligence and elder abuse.
Ms. Loy is admitted to practice before all courts in the state of California. She currently resides in Oxnard with her husband and children.
