John Tullis graduated from the Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. He received his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School. He is licensed to practice law in Utah and California.
Following admission to the California bar in 2009, Mr. Tullis developed his legal skills in various areas of law, including personal injury, business, real estate, and consumer class action litigation, as well as appellate practice. Published opinions include Kurwa v. Kislinger (2013) 57 Cal.4th 1097, and Simmons v. Ware (2013) 213 Cal.App.4th 1035.
At Beach Cowdrey Jenkins, LLP Mr. Tullis primarily represents health care providers, including physicians, nurses, skilled nursing facilities, and residential care facilities, against claims of medical malpractice, elder abuse, personal injury, and wrongful death.
Mr. Tullis is admitted to practice before all California state courts, as well as the United States District Court – Central District of California and United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He is a member of the Ventura County Bar Association and Ventura County Trial Lawyers Association. He resides in Camarillo with his wife and children.
